Benchmark
Program Policy on Clinical Performance: Student must pass each clinical service/rotation. For Physical Therapy the final benchmark is scored at or above "entry-level" on all 24 criteria.

Student knowledge, skills and interpersonal relations, professional behaviors in Physical Therapy and Physcian Assistant Studies Program.
Where Results Are Found and Disseminated
Reviewed and signed by student. Clinical Coordinator keeps evaluations and places in student file at completion of program. Overall grades on transcripts
