Gene Kortsha, M.S., CSP., CIH., is a graduate of Wayne State University with an M.S. degree in industrial hygiene. Although he is now a consultant, he was the director of industrial hygiene at the General Motors Corporation for more than 10 years. He is a past president of the American Industrial Hygiene Association and a past president of the American Academy of Industrial Hygiene.
