Job Description:
The staff Occupational Therapists coordinates the occupational therapy care for a patient population of primarily adult and geriatric persons who are acutely ill and have medically complex needs which result in mobility and activities of daily living deficits. The occupational therapist accurately assesses patients’ needs; identifies and initiates appropriate occupational therapy interventions; provides patient and family teaching; works cooperatively with other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional occupational therapy practice and interdisciplinary teamwork.

We are very pleased to offer such a unique and exciting program for new and recent Occupational Therapist, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, & Speech Language Pathology graduates:
The PRO Clinical Development Program is a selective two-year paid program focused on clinical mentorship while rotating through work assignments in multiple settings. This is a program designed for newer therapists to jump start their careers, it consists of licensed therapists who carry their own case load. PRO Therapists begin with heavy mentorship and as they grow in the program they become more independent. There are no costs involved, these therapists are employees with benefits of Premere Rehab dba Infinity Rehab a company founded and managed by therapists (we currently employ over 900 therapists).
This is an opportunity for newer therapists to build a broad foundation of work experience while at the same time exploring different parts of the country and various therapy settings. Program therapists will work similar to a traveler, but with the support system they typically lack during a traveling assignment.
