Current licensure as an RN in the state of Michigan.

Possession of a BSN or BS in an appropriate science.

Overall grade point average of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) with a minimum GPA of 3.0 in all undergraduate sciences.

Eight undergraduate semester hours of inorganic, organic chemistry and/or biochemistry and four hours of biology (may include Anatomy & physiology) or microbiology, taken within ten years of the actual date of matriculation into the full time professional program.

A minimum of one year full-time adult ICU (SICU or MICU preferred) experience within the past two years.

Completion of the Graduate Records Examination (GRE) with a minimum combined score of 800 and minimum score of 3.5 on the written component.

Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

A minimum of one in-hospital observation day of clinical CRNA practice.
