Admission Requirements

  • Minimum of 2.5 overall GPA and 2.5 GPA in the sciences.
  • All pre-professional coursework must be completed with a grade of "C" or better.
  • Admission to Wayne State University.
  • All pre-requisite and University General Education coursework must be completed by the beginning of the professional program. All science coursework must be completed by May of the year of application. All non-science coursework must be completed by August.
  • Pre-professional coursework taken at an accredited college or university is acceptable.
  • All applicants must attend a minimum of one monthly Information meeting at the Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences within one year of formal application to specific programs of choice.
